Join multi-disciplinary artist Nastasha Sale for an afternoon immersing yourself in the magical world of natural dyeing.
You will learn what plants can be used for colourfast dyes and how to create them.
As well as how to use natural inks and mineral modifiers to create beautiful artworks.
Decorate and personalize your own naturally dyed 100% cotton Tote bag with botanical inks and mineral modifiers.
Play with natural colour on paper and watch colours shift before your eyes. It really is magical.
Take home a small workbook on the basics of natural dyeing to apply your skills at home.
This is the first of my Cape Town winter edition workshop and you can expect a cosy afternoon in a beautiful cafe.
Our workshop will be held at the beautiful Ladder Cafe on Bree street.
Your ticket includes a glass of gluhwein and a small snack.
You are welcome to bring your family along with you. Kids can participate in this workshop too.
