She explores the role of fear in our lives and what it means to be brave! She has spoken to nearly 70 million people world wide.

Sometimes the strongest leaders have the ability to overcome their fears & COMPEL their team to do the same.

Michelle Poler suggests that the best leaders lean into fears with bravery and PASS THAT COURAGE on to others.

Michelle will discuss ways to engage when we feel afraid and the difference between FEARLESS & BRAVE.
