Proviand Winter Wine Festival
This two day celebration of wine starts off with a five course food and wine pairing on Friday night followed by a food and wine market on Saturday.
On Friday Night's menu we have the following:
Fried Goats Cheese Balls
Potato & Leek
Grilled Salmon with Orzo, Feta & Red Wine Reduction
Crispy Pork Belly with Butternut Puree and Jus
Sticky Toffee Poached Pear Cake
All paired with delectable Glen Carlou wines.
On Saturday we will have a market with 8 beautiful wine farms and a variety of food stalls.
Entry R80pp includes wine tasting and a tasting glass.
