ABOUT

Plastics – curse or blessing? Do we need all the plastics that we are bombarded with? What can we do with all the plastics that we are finish with? During this 45 minute presentation, Annabe will talk about the ins and outs of plastic and recycling of plastics. Topics covered include how you can identify different types of plastics, which types of plastics are recyclable and in demand, how to separate them to ensure they are recycled properly, and what can we do to ensure less plastics end up on our pavements, in our rivers and ultimately in the oceans? Come listen to our morning talk and get some tips on how we can all do our part, and to make our environment plastic litter free!

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided before the event and after the event. Please wear something warm, as the Ecological Centre is rather chilly during winter.

Meet at the Ecological Centre at least 15 minutes before the event. This event will go ahead regardless of the weather.
