ABOUT

We all have an innate need for connection, yet so many of us often feel alone. Millennials and Gen Z’s are reportedly the loneliest generations yet. And while millennials feeling lonely is not new, the pandemic and the past 2 years have shoved it in our faces.

Working through loneliness: belonging to yourself first, is a workshop that is designed to help you combat the feeling of loneliness and connect you to your humanity, within a safe and supportive community. It is hosted by registered counsellors, Sadia Southgate (Authentically Anchored Therapy) and Kelly Jacobs (Therapy with Kelly).

This workshop is for the woman who seeks to understand the feeling of wanting to be connected to others but finds herself being more and more withdrawn. This is workshop is for the woman who wants to nurture her ability to connect with others. This workshop is for the woman who wants to find belonging within herself, her own body, and her own thoughts first… and then within a safe community.

Within this workshop, we will touch on the impact these feelings have on your health and your wellbeing, and we will be touching on ways that you can combat these feelings. Here, we will lay the groundwork, so that you can continue to build on these materials long after the workshop ends.

Join us, a group of young ladies, just like you, looking to bridge the gap in connection in our lives.

You receive a free workbook along with your ticket, filled with valuable content!
