The Four12 Conference in South Africa is an opportunity for all the Four12 partnering churches to gather together in one venue - to proclaim Jesus, to seek His face and to hear from Him. Every year saints are envisioned, equipped, built up and restored.

Please note: Môreson is a working farm with animals, open bodies of water and large open spaces. We are privileged to be hosting our conference at such a wonderful venue but would like to ask that parents are aware of their children at all times.

*Express Access is available for those with disabilities & injuries, the elderly and moms with prams. This includes parking and a separate entrance to the meeting venue.

EXPRESS ACCESS

Those with disabilities & injuries, the elderly and moms with prams will be able to gain access through an alternative entrance, which will be shown to you upon arrival by one of the ushers at the gate. Ushers will be on hand to assist you in entering the venue.This includes separate parking and entrance to the meeting venue.

*Please indicate during the registration process if you will need Express Access.

CHILDCARE

Parents, or guardians, attending the conference with children, toddlers, or babies must ensure that their kids are registered too. No child will be allowed into the conference without their parent(s)/guardian(s) on the day.

Please note that no childcare will be available for children aged 0 - 6 years (Grade R).

The following facilities are available:

• Moms Room: For moms with breastfeeding babies (women only). An AV feed of the sessions will be streamed to this room.
• Preschoolers Room: Parents with children aged 1 - 6 will be able to make use of the preschoolers room. An AV feed of the sessions will be streamed to this room. Please note children may not be left unattended by a parent/legal guardian.
• Kids Zones: A full childrens programme will be available for children age 6 to 12 (Grade 1 - 6) at Môreson Plaas.
• Teenagers: Children aged 13 - 17 are allowed to attend the conference sessions - no childcare will be provided. Specific tickets are available for them. Should a Grade 6 child wish to attend the full conference, please purchase a ’Teenage ticket’.

HOSTING & ACCOMMODATION

We encourage conference attendees to make their own accommodation arrangements where possible.

For those staying further than 100kms away from the venue, limited hosting will be provided by the hosting church, Joshua Generation Church.

FOOD & DRINKS

While there will be a vendor selling coffees and other resale items, we suggest that you pack a sufficient picnic lunch & fluids for yourself and your families. Let’s use these times to connect and fellowship with those we haven’t seen in a while and those we are yet to befriend.

FAQ

Are there discounts for students/pensioners?

Yes. Pensioners can choose the discounted Pensioner ticket. Students, please choose the discounted Student ticket. Please note that we will require your student number and the name of the tertiary institution where you are studying.

How can I pay for the Conference?

Once you have registered you can pay straight away via debit card, credit card or EFT/bank deposit. Just ensure if you pay via EFT/Bank Deposit that you send your proof of payment to the Quicket email address, and use the correct reference provided on your payment email. All payments must be made within 48 hours of registering, or your registration will automatically be canceled.

Can I pay cash for the Conference?

No. If you do not have access to internet or online banking facilities, please ask a leader or friend to assist you.

Will there be First Aid?

Yes. We will have an onsite nurse available at the conference, and first aid onsite for the children.

Are my seats reserved?

No. Only a small number of seats will be reserved for our ushers, worship teams and key leaders that lead the conference. Once you have entered the venue, you can sit on any unreserved seat.

Will the conference be live-streamed?

Unfortunately the conference will not be live-streamed, this is an in-person event only. However, the conference resources will be made available on the Four12 Global website and YouTube channel shortly after the conclusion of the conference.

Are there any arranged outreaches/sightseeing opportunities?

No. This can be arranged privately.

Cancellation & Refunds

Should you need to cancel your Four12 Conference ticket at any point prior to the start of the event, please follow Quicket’s refund policy to ensure that you get your refund for your ticket(s). This would also apply for those needing to cancel their tickets due to contracting COVID-19 prior to the conference.
