Learn how to make natural botanical dye and take home your own naturally hand dyed scarf.
Join me, artist Nastasha Minyon Sale in my personal studio, situated in the tranquil village of Napier in the Overberg, just two hours from Cape Town.
Spend a morning of mastering making botanical natural dye. You will be working with cellulose fibres and dyeing your own cotton scarf.
A workshop for anyone wanting a practical class in the natural dye making process, we will cover step by step the preparation of textiles and the process and steps followed to dye your own scarf.
You will take home your own scarf and a printed workbook, to inspire you on your natural dye journey.
If you have taken my introduction to botanical colour workshop this is a great class to follow up with, really putting theory into practice.
This is a first of the winter edition and you can expect a cosy fire, warm ghluwein, a hearty lunch and sweet treats all included.
You get a workbook to take home and your scarf.
No prior experience needed, just a curiosity for the magic of plant colour.
