Healing Toxic Masculinity: Mental Health Awareness

LexStaysLiquid in Partnership with Gugulethu Community Services NPC [Registration 2021/463980/08] are raising funds in the final 3rd of 2022 in order to make Mental Health Awareness, Campaigns, Communities, Councelling & Therapy readily available in ALL Communities post 2020 Pandemic Lockdown as well as aim to provide FREE(From 2023) educational interactive ongoing Seminars, Mentorshops, & FREE Workshops on Holistic Harmonic Wellness™(Spirit, Mind, Body, Emotional Harmony & Natural Energetic Balance) in South Africa, Africa & the World. Our Primary focus is to bring Conscious Awareness to & through Boy's & Men as this is where we know we may realise radical shifts into Healthier States-Of-Wellbeing, Masculinity expressions & henceforth Society as a Collective.

This is a "grassroots, boots-on-the-ground" type of initiative as a Male-driven, Male-focused(not limited to) response to the alarming rise in Gender-Based Violence against Women, Child Abuse & Human Trafficking during the enforced Lockdowns in this so called "Pandemic". The REAL Pandemic is a lack of humanity amongst us as Human Beings in our Societies today. The REAL Pandemic is Hunger, Poverty & lack of Governmental Service delivery based off of promises made to the people during Election periods which leads to a whole host of Psychological & Physiological traumas. These traumas are bargained with, left unchecked & even buried deep within the Subconscious Mind which as a result gives rise to a whole host of possible negative outcomes.

These negative outcomes aka Traumas manifest themselves potentially via a plethora of Individual, Community & Social Issues i.e. alcohol/substance/pharmaceutical abuse, mental disorders/distortions, lack of responsibility, hopelessness etc. These negatively manifested outcomes(Traumas) are also a byproduct of the lack of Governmental Leadership in providing(promised) adequate infrastructure for their People to all prosper thus giving rise to unemployment, poverty, hunger, violence, theft, rape etc.

This is a massive undertaking which Lex began via LexStaysLiquid as a Self-Development Coach back in 2020 when the numbers of Gender-Based Violence against Women were rising exponetially in South Africa(& the world) during Lockdown. He focuses on a Holistic Natural modality of Healing & Unifying the lost interconnectedness between Spirit, Mind & Vessel(Body). Mental Health Awareness amongst Boys/Men became a focus & out of that he birthed The Toxic Masculity Podcast, Mental Health Awareness Campaigns, Mentorshops, Workshops & is now self-funding Seminars which he is taking to various Communities, Juvinile Centres, Schools, Prisons, Workplaces, & anywhere else he is simply able to affect the current Societal paradigm. His passion & purpose for Coaching, Speaking & Leading is deep-rooted within which he discovered through his Consciously Consistent™ daily practices i.e. Monthly Oxygenated(@BeLiquidWater) Water Fasting, 4AM Deep Breath Work, Nauli Kriya, Kundalini Yoga, African-soil QiGong, Cold Therapy, CrossFit, Calisthenics etc. Within us ALL lies the answers we seek in order to shift Consciousness & our current negative Societal paradigms by Unifying our individual interconnectedness thus becoming Collectively whole again free of Mental/Physical distortions & dis-ease.
