Creating an inclusive environment with Nene Molefi

Wed Jun 1, 17:30 - Wed Jun 1, 20:30

Pridwin Preparatory School Auditorium

ABOUT

As part of the TDB staff development sessions, in term 1, all staff were separated into groups and given a chapter of Nene Molefi’s book; “A Journey of Diversity and Inclusion in South Africa: Guidelines for Leading Inclusivity.” to read.

After reading the respective chapter, each group then presented, to the rest of the staff, their key take away points from their chapter. These sessions have proven to be incredibly successful with staff engaging in critical conversations which have brought closer as a team. As a school we believe that it would be beneficial to invite Nene Molefi to Pridwin to speak to our community directly about her book and life experiences.

As education is a partnership between the school and the parents, we would really like you, the parents, to be part of this event and attend this wonderful evening with us.
