Cape Town is in for a treat with the Symphony Choir's concert on 27 April, Heritage Day, at the Lutheran Church in Strand Street at 7pm for an evening of soulful singing. We’ll traverse the globe and cover a number of short works, each as beautiful as the next. Join us on this musical journey as we sing works from Norway (Ola Gjeilo), America (Chilcott and Moses Hogan) and South Africa (Cockburn and Klatzow). There will be short intermission.

We are delighted to announce that the choir will be accompanied by a very fine Fazioli grand piano, on loan from Ian Burgess Simpson.

It's a perfect collaboration - good pianos are defined by their ability to sing and Ian Burgess Simpson pianos is dedicated to the art of making this possible.

Secure parking is available at the SunSquare Hotel parkade, entrance in Bree Street. A special rate of R10 / hour has been negotiated - please have your parking ticket validated at the hotel reception.
