Bringing together our various stakeholders, we’re putting young people at the center and asking how we can better serve our leaders of tomorrow.

Tomorrow’s Leaders in Training (TLT) is a social enterprise focused on people development. With programs focused on emerging soft skills and leadership training, TLT is a market-leading organisation working with schools, non-profits, government, and corporates to upskill, train and impact people of all ages.

The TLT Foundation (TLT Foundation NPC Reg 2018/451607/08) is our non-profit arm focused on delivering our programs to vulnerable groups. Our latest project, Project LiLO (Life back into Life Orientation) is about contending for our youth.

We’re undertaking the mammoth task of rewriting the Life Orientation curriculum. We believe that LO can be a life-changing subject; one that is responsive to the fast-paced changes of the world we live in, and cognisant of the challenges young people face today. We believe that taught correctly, Life Orientation can produce young people that are confident, productive leaders in society.

TLT is already piloting our new content in several leading schools across the country, and we need you to help us expand this reach!
