Nourish your senses, creativity, love for self and all that is. Join Yola and Nicole for this adventure, exploring our inner being.
A little bit about your faclitators:
Yola Quinn:
“As great as the infinite space beyond is the space within the lotus of the heart. Both heaven and earth are contained in that inner space, fire and air, sun and moon, lighting and stars. Whether we know it in this world or know it not, everything is contained in that inner space” -Chandogya Upanishad
'When we quieten the mind and allow ourselves to explore the vastness within through painting , it brings about a deeply connective experience that continues to nourish and inform us. We are open to the free expression of the creative , joyful beings that we essentially are .'
Yola's training is in Fine Art and she has over 15 yrs experience in facilitating art workshops / private lessons and exhibiting privately. Combining her interest in consciousness and the expression thereof through Art / Living , Yola is concerned with the use of colour and creative expression as a means of a doorway to the soul.
In The Blissful Heart retreat , participants are invited to go on a creative journey of the heart , creating a personal sacred mandala .
All materials are provided .
Nicole Angelika Panzer
Nicole is pattionate about brining a sense of balance back into peoples lives whether it being physically, emotionally, mentally or perhaps even on all levels. Gently being guided through the practice by the use of our breath and various postures suitable for the group and as individuals ..... opening our hearts ... releasing and letting go of what no longer serves us .... being expansive and free ... listening to our inner beings ... switching off from the noisy chatter of our mind. No previous Yoga experience needed.
