Handel's Messiah

In celebration of the Pretoria Bach Choir's 60th anniversary, join us for a performance of the ever popular Messiah by GF Handel.

First performed 280 years ago, the Messiah has grown to become one of the most well-known and most frequently performed works of Western choral music.

The Pretoria Bach Choir, accompanied by a full orchestra, will be performing the full work, including chorus No. 35a. The performance will be conducted by the esteemed Edwin Mitas.

Doors open at 14h30, and the concert will start promptly at 15h00.

All Covid-19 protocols will be strictly enforced for your safety and ours.

The venue is wheelchair accessible.

Refreshments will be on sale during the intermission.
