ABOUT
On the 26’th of March founding Southern Gypsey Queen members Gareth Wilson and Tammy Thijs will be performing a once off exclusive duo set at The Daisy Jones Bar in Stellenbosch. This will be the first time in almost ten years that it will just be the two of them onstage, playing stripped down versions of old SGQ favourites and it promises to be an emotional and intimate night for fans of the band.
They will be joined by Joburg folk singer and storyteller Shotgun Tori who has become well known for her passionate performances and exquisite songwriting.
Prolific South African singer/songwriter Stefan Dixon who currently resides in Brussels, Belgium will also be gracing the Daisy Jones stage with a special once-off performance on the evening. His songs are strong, emotive artworks infused with beautiful melodies and can best be described as melodic/acoustic/pop/rock with an afro/folk edge.
