Make room for ogre-sized family fun as the greatest fairy tale never told comes to life in a whole new way in this Shrek-tacular Herschel and Bishops Musical production of the Oscar-winning movie Shrek! This Tony-award-winning fairy-tale adventure rewrites the ‘happily ever after’. At its heart, the message to love and accept others no matter who they are, where they come from or what they look like and - just as important - to learn to love yourself. 

“Once upon a time, there was a little Ogre named Shrek…” And thus begins the tale of an unlikely hero who finds himself on a life changing journey alongside a wisecracking donkey and a feisty princess who breaks the Disney mould. Throw in a short-tempered bad guy, a cookie with an attitude, and over a dozen other fairy tale misfits, and you've got the kind of mess that calls for a real hero. Luckily, there is one on hand… And his name is Shrek.
