Often parents are unclear about the significance of their role in this process. Join us for a morning discussion to help you to be an effective partner in your child's IEP
Desirae Pillay is a mother to Savannah (25), she is autistic and is a person with cerebral palsy . Desirae worked as an Assistive Technology Advisor in the disability sector and is now employed in the child safety sector. She has served on the board at Autism; South Africa and Shalom Respite Centre. She currently serves on the Board at Life Choices Pregnancy Crises Centre. She is passionate about inclusion especially in the church and supporting families who have a child or spouse with a disability.
