The story of American music that reached and changed our shores even down here at the Southern tip of Africa. For one night only, The Black Bear Band tell this story and how it has shaped and influenced their own music. Inspired by Craig’s visits to Nashville and many evenings spent listening and learning from people who keep these roots alive. The band is a Supergroup of Cape Town musicians all who have added to and taken from this story over the years. With Wayne Pauli, David Goldberg, Malcolm Aberdeen, Damian Staz and Craig Banks the band have almost 40 years of experience playing and interpreting this music that we love.
