Lynelle Kenned in Concert with Stefan Lombard

Soprano Lynelle Kenned and pianist Stefan Lombard have been working together as a duo for a long time and have been charming audiences during lockdown at venues around the country.

The collaboration between these artists began in 2014 with the UK tour of Cape Town Opera’s Showboat. They have worked on high profile productions such as David Kramer’s Orpheus in Africa, Valentines under the Stars, Divas Unite, Cape Philharmonic Orchestra Community Gala concerts and on popular orchestral showcases.

At this concert they will present a matinee of moody melodies across the genres of opera, art song and contemporary music. Handel, Mozart, Berlioz, some local compositions and popular crossover tunes will be on the menu.
