STARTING TIME: 06:00
CUT-OFF TIMES: 30km = 4 hours
10km = 2 hours
ENTRY FEES:
30km = R180 + R5 online Admin fee
10km = R120 + R5 online Admin fee

MANUAL ENTRIES & RACE TAG COLLECTIONS:
Manual entries from
3 - 4 March 2022 between 16:30 - 18:30 (at Diamantveld High School, Sport Club)
NO ENTRIES ON RACE DAY only race tag collections for online entries allowed on race day.
GENERAL:
Race will start and finish at Diamantveld High School. Water stations approximately every 3km.
Out-&-back route.
Route map will be at registration.
Refreshment stations at the finish line.
Medals to all finishers.
Ablutions will be available at the Rugby Field.
Indemnity form must be signed at race tag collections & registrations.
COVID Health & safety protocols will be met.
Races are run under rules of ASA & AGW

30km = 1-3 Male & Female Open category
1st R500
2nd R350
3rd R250
R250 to all Categories winners - 35-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 & 70+ & Walker
PRIZE GIVING FUNCTION & LUCKY DRAWS @ 10:30:
Athletes are responsible to collect their own prize money or make an arrangement with the event organizers before the Prize Giving. Failing to do so will cause them to forfeit their prize money. (ASA Rule 2.10)
MINIMUM AGE:
10km = 14 years
30km = 19 years
NB: PLEASE NOTE THAT NO RUNNER WILL BE ALLOWED TO WEAR ANY DEVICE THAT MAY IMPAIR HIS/HER HEARING: e.g. EAR PHONES, IPODS OR ANY OTHER EAR PIECES - IAAF RULE 144.2b, ASA, IAAF & AGW rules apply
POPI ACT 2021:
Kimberley Harriers undertake to follow the POPI ACT to process your Personal.
Information for the 30km & 10km race results. All forms will be shredded 4 weeks after the event.
You hereby agree to give consent to be photographed at the event and photos to be shared on social media and news papers.
INDEMNITY/WAIVER
By entering this event I undertake to be bound by the rules and regulations of the event including those of IAAF, ASA & AGW. I warrant that I am in good health and aware of the risks an dangers of physical nature of this sporting event, and do not claim ignorance of these risks and dangers. I hereby accept that I participate in the event entirely at my own risk and I release and discharge, to the fullest extent allowed in law, the organizers of the event, all sponsors, persons, person, and organisations assisting in the staging of the event, provincial and national athletics bodies and all local authorities from any responsibility, liability or cost relating to any injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, however caused, arising directly or indirectly from my participation in the event including pre and post race activities. I further agree and warrant that if at any time I believe conditions to be unsafe, I will immediately discontinue further participation in the activity.
