Groot Constantia 10km trail run

Join us, Adrenaline Adventures, on Saturday 23 April 2016 for a 10km trail run through the beautiful Groot Constantia wine farm. With hearts beating, sweat beaming and hundreds of eager feet running through the exquisite vineyards, it isn’t a very difficult decision to make! 

The trail run will start at 08:00am sharp in the parking lot outside of Simons Restaurant and Deli.  Registration for successful entrants will occur on the day from 07:00-07:45am outside of Simons. There runners will receive their race numbers, while being treated to a coffee and a healthy pre-race snack. 

Although running through nature is a very big part of our DNA, the importance of  family and loved ones is very close to our heart too! So please don't hurry off home after the race. Instead, join us for a hang out at Simons Restaurant and Deli afterwards with us, the Adrenaline Adventures team, and friends. We may be passionate about adventure and doing what makes our heart race, but we are equally passionate about doing it with those who share our passion with us!
