Public Talk: Mental Health During and After Pregnancy

The talk addresses what Post Natal Depression and Anxiety is, and how to ensure mental well-being during and after pregnancy.

The talk will be given by Clinical Psychologist, Shoneez Amien, who is now specialising in Post Natal Depression and hopes to help new mothers understand and cope with their experiences when faced with depression.
