Yuppiechef has risen to become one of South Africa’s best-loved e-commerce brands. Shane and Andrew are the two co-founders that kicked things off with an unlikely idea in 2005 about selling electrified fly-rackets. This inauspicious beginning evolved into a celebrated garage to growth success-story. 

Heavy Chef will host the two founders for a behind-the-scenes discussion of the hair-raising journey from Andrew’s lounge in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town to selling their business to Mr Price Group for a reported R500 million in 2021.
