Creating a vision board can help you realise your goals.
What we focus on we create more of. The more we visualise and connect to the feelings behind our desires, the more we attract it into our lives.
Join Nikki Wilsworth from The Well Society for the morning to clarify your vision and define your goals through an interactive workshop making your own vision board for 2022.
You will need:
- Magazines
- Glue
- Sissors
- Personal Photographs
- Anything you have been collecting that inspires, motivates and drives you in the right direction
If you prefer to work on your laptop for a digital version please bring your computer. (Make sure its charged).
