We tend to hold negative believes about others, life, and ourselves. These negative minds can make us quite unhappy and bitter about existence. The truth of the situation is that everybody wants to be happy and free from these negative minds, but most of us do not know how to escape this negativity.
Buddha explains we can change our mind from an unhappy deluded state of mind to a happy enlightened state, through simple meditation practice and a continual training of the mind.
On this course, Colinda Linde, will teach you practical methods to help you in your day-to-day practice. So that, you can overcome negative mental habits and keep a happy mind no matter what situation.

We have a book shop to browse, water on sale, and it is helpful to bring a pen and notebook if you would like to take notes. There is secure and ample parking.
