The Sunday afternoon Soul Dance is a prayerful time for me.

To connect with self, nature and the Divine, the whole experience is curated for setting intentions for the next week, expressing gratitude and beholding abundance in self and in nature.

Please prepare your heart as this is a collective yet personal experience. We will move our bodies, shake off the stress, be in our childlike joyful state and declare our intentions and affirm our hopes

The central theme of this Soul Dance is "It is well with my soul"

We will play, frolic, go on imaginary journeys and come back to our most Cheerful selves

Sunday Soul Dance ends with a special Intention setting session for the week ahead.

Children under 18 must be booked for and accompanied by at least one guardian per 4 children

Water will be on sale on site. Please bring a mat should you want to sit at the end of the session no alcohol is allowed

Good vibes of Self-care, connecting with yourself and others in nature.

Guided play, breathwork, and silly dance are all part of this healing session.

Soul Dance uses silent headphone technology to help the individual go into their heart centre and connect the mind will and emotions in a healing expression of the inner child.

Participants share a unique connection, good vibes and healing.

In the Soul Dance, we are all just Human Kind being Human and Kind

Social distance is observed with possible distances of up to 300 metres between participants.

The session is an hour-long
