Two hour bread baking course with Francois the owner and baker at The bread Bar Bakery at Makers Landing. 

• Ciabatta and Focaccia (focaccia will include olives, chilli, rosemary and cheese) 

• Sourdough starters and creating mother sourdough culture

• Beer tasting and pairing

Tickets include the following:

• Demonstration of ciabatta and focaccia baking

• Tips and tricks on bread baking

• Mixing, shaping and baking of your own ciabatta and focaccia 

• Cheese platters provided after breadclass
