The Leadership & Entrepreneurship Development Seminar is an annual inspirational event organized by The Brilliant Man (Pty) Ltd. .

The Seminar is a developmental initiative intended to bring change within Sekgosese area and create a platform for community members to converge and map a way out, to alleviate socio-economic challenges faced by the community and society as a whole.Its a plaugh back to the Community event that is not profit driven but more about Empowerment and bringing opportunities. 

The LEDS aims to bring development to the rural communities through engagements, dialogues that will impact meaningfully to our people.
