Long Claw – Saison, dry hopped with Citra 5.5% 40 IBU’s
Tiny bubbles dancing on the palate bringing with them the sensation of hop bitterness whilst wafting the aroma of grapefruit, lychee and herbs through the sensory canals like a tidal wave of loveliness.  Finishing with a light lingering dry pepperiness on the tongue.
 Paired With
Smoked Salmon, roast lemon & corn chowder, toasted coconut & parmesan crisp
-
Black Mist – Black Ale 5% 25 IBU’s
A brooding bottle conditioned Blacker than Black Ale which bellows out roasted beckonings. Singed grains coat the palate inviting you to take another sip.

Peppadew Wonton, chilli, chocolate & lime

Dessert Dragon – Oat Ale 5.5% 37 IBU’s
Hop bitterness explodes on the palate, giving way to the aromats of the honey bush which almost subconcously suggests a slight sweetness rounding off the initial hop bitterness, velvety mouthfeel with medium high carbonation and a slight sourness cleansing the palate on the finish.
Paired With
Anise & garlic mussels on the half shell, Gruberg gratin.

Grey Warlord – Imperial IPA 9% 62IBU’s
Silky smooth with the perfect balance of malt and hops.
