Empowerment through the breath is available in every moment. Breath intelligence is a game changer that's blessing us in these transformational times.

Breath Coach, Aumji Kistan with his 21 year background will be guiding us through his unique sequence of conscious breathing techniques.

The workshop takes us on a journey of Releasing that which does not serve us.

Boosting our Frequency with Empowering breath practices.

And rounding things off with Connecting to Grace.

The programme includes practices to:

• improve concentration & mental well-being

• increase energy & willpower

• deepen awareness & state of presence

• boost immune system

• enhance confidence & clarity

• enrich creativity

• increase joy and happiness

• overcome addictions

• process & heal emotional pain
• relieve grief & trauma

This workshop helps to improve a wide range of issues including:

• chronic pain

• trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

DIRECTIONS TO THE VENUE

Please do not follow the Google maps pin as it will refer you to an address in Buenos Aires! Instead, follow the written directions below:

From Cape Town/George:

Drive through Sedgefield.

Approx 4km after Sedgefield turn LEFT to Karatara.

From Port Elizabeth/Knysna:

Drive towards Sedgefield. Approx 20km outside Knysna (4km before Sedgefield) turn RIGHT to Karatara.

THEN:

4km up road turn LEFT to Karatara.

Over low water bridge approx 900m turn RIGHT onto Yellowwood Road (wooden signs on big board).

2.5km up the gravel road, on the RIGHT is Neverending Story.
