This 2-day intensive weekend workshop offers you the starting tools of Authentic Relating and Circling in order to deepen your experience of connection and skills to begin facilitating it better for others.

• How to bring foundational Authentic Relating practices into your leadership, facilitation, and everyday life

• How to communicate so that people feel and receive you

• How to use Circling as a vehicle for personal and professional development

• How to lead Authentic Relating Games and adapt them to suit a variety of needs, audiences and situations

• How to facilitate deeper communication between groups and individuals

• How to develop interpersonal presence for stronger impressions

• How to spot and reveal relational blind-spots that prevent deeper levels of connection

Who Is Your Workshop Leader?

Amy Silverman (www.amysilverman.com) is the Head of Community Development and Operations within Circling Europe (circlingeurope.com), and the Founder and Lead Facilitator of The Connection Movement (www.theconnectionmovement.com) in New York which regularly hosts workshops, retreats, and coaching programs in self-discovery, transformation and deeper connection.

She has over 20 years professional experience working in Chicago, Los Angeles, Amsterdam, Minneapolis and New York as a workshop creator and facilitator, public and private school teacher, a teacher-trainer, program-innovator, coach and consultant, small-business owner, and theatrical director.
