What to expect: Under the guidance of our master chef, you'll learn the essential skills you will only need to learn once when creating a masterful three-course menu, as well as relevant information for preparing the recipes.

Fresh ingredients masterfully reinvented into three unique dumplings in this masterclass with Chef Kuan Lai:
Pot Sticker 
Learn from Kuan how to master the art of pastry making and the filling from scratch, including folding techniques from different regions and countries
Trio of Siu Mai 
Chef Kuan will teach you a combination of the classic technique and his modern take on making a Kuan Lai signature Dim sum (as always with a twist)
Wonton in Chili Oil 
Chef unveils his best selling item from his Online Asian Deli - Sichuan Burnt Chili Oil! Exclusive step by step recipe to make his sell-out chili oil.


What's included: A three-hour practical session, all ingredients, a skills booklet, an apron to wear on the day, a tea towel, substantial snacks upon arrival, beverages (AA Badenhorst wine, water & soda).
