Kundalini Yoga is the perfect yoga for the Aquarian age.

Kundalini Yoga & Meditation is known as the Yoga of awareness, the Science of Humanology.

The yoga, generally speaking, much of it is done seated and with closed eyes & incorporates much of what many separate forms of yoga contain:



  1. Breathwork (pranayam)
  2. Postures and Movement (kriyas & asanas)
  3. Meditation
  4. Mantra


Goal is build overall inner strength and resilience, that is renown to especially support your central nervous system, to better manage stress & vitality.


** No 2 sets/kriyas are the same. Each weekly class will gave a set aligned to a global theme... (we are one)
