Coffee and Chocolate Tasting with Trump & Timbal

Back by popular demand, we're hosting another coffee and chocolate tasting in the upstairs space above our Café! Richard Katz of Trump & Timbal is a coffee pro worth his beans, and he'll be sharing a little of his knowledge to fellow coffee groupies.  
 
At the tasting he'll be deconstructing his all-African coffee blend called the Rift Valley Espresso Blend, a great blend of single origin, specialty and heirloom beans. You'll taste all the coffees individually, then all together. 
 
And what better to pair your coffee with than chocolate? We'll be pairing a flavour of Honest Chocolate with each of the coffees, and chat about how the growing and preparing processes and flavour profiles of coffee and chocolate are so similar. This is an indulgent food experience you cannot miss!
