Understand how to have mental health conversations with your team

Mental health in the workplace has become the most topical conversation in the media, in leadership forums, as well as in the workplace. Many leaders acknowledge that a conversation with their team about mental health would be very beneficial, but don’t feel adequately equipped to have these kinds of conversations. Some also believe that mental health topics are best left to the Human Resources department. It is, however, the leader who has the responsibility of bringing out the best in each team member, and this includes caring about their mental health.

In our two-hour online workshop, we’ll talk about the importance of having mental health conversations with your team, and we’ll provide a practical step-by-step framework on how to conduct them. Dealing effectively with mental health is fundamental to your leadership effectiveness, and will have a tremendous impact on your team in their performance, productivity, engagement, motivation, and mental well-being.

Is your team:

• Burned out

• Unproductive

• Showing signs of unhealthy work-life balance
