ABOUT

What if we reimagined our Christmas celebrations this year to better reflect that first Christmas? What if we re-thought how and to whom we give gifts? What if instead of giving only money to the poor and the marginalised we opened our homes and our tables to include them? What if we had space for both laughter and lament this Christmas? What would it mean to celebrate the arrival of Jesus, the king who came not in fanfare or feasting, in palaces or popularity but in shame and servanthood, in poverty and in persecution? What could it look like to honour the arrival of that king this Christmas? Join us for an exploration of that first Christmas story and a reimagining of our own Christmas story.
