We are back and having one amazing gathering to celebrate reconnecting with a Secret Sunrise Groove.

New to the Secret Sunrise?

It's not like anything you have done before....

You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to dance and party !

We combine elements of meditation and ecstatic dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.

WHEN: Saturday, November 5th, 2022

TIME: 08:00 - 09:00 (arrive by 7:45 to collect headphones)

WHERE: Nahoon Beach - use the beach break entrance at the end of the board walk

Wireless headphones will be provided for the hour.

What to bring: Your BFF`s , family annnnnd if you feeling adventurous dress up
