ABOUT
We are excited to invite you and welcome you to the KZN Sithanda Trail Event at GIBA GORGE in Hillcrest.
This run will be loads of fun for the whole family with distances which caters for a variety of participants and supporters to hit the well marked trails at their own pace.
Whether you choose to Run, Hike or Walk - we have made it friendly for everyone.
Approximate Distances available:
4 Km walk / hike or run - 7.45am START (R135 pp)
6 Km walk / hike or run – 7.45am START (R155 pp)
8 Km hike / run – 7.30am START (R185 pp)
We will have a very cool outdoor chill area on the GIBA GORGE terraces for our participants for a post event social. This will allow you to socialize with friends and family at a safe social distance following Covid protocols.
Please ensure you have a mask/buff at all times.
GIBA GORGE venue is Dog Friendly for socialized dogs so feel free to bring your doggo along on a lead.
Drinks and food will be available from the GIBA GORGE café.
Please Note there is an entry fee into the Giba Conservation Park of R45 Per Person chargeable at the gate upon entry - PLEASE BRING CASH for this payment
There will be water points along the routes for the more gruelling distances.
We will have a Sithanda stand with Apparel on sale - Cash, Credit card, Zapper or Snapscan options.
SITHANDA FUNKY PANTS are available for pre order at Merchandise ticket checkout, however if you forget to make your purchase FUNKY PANTS will be at the event on the day so you can get yourself a pair of our super festive Sithanda running tights!
Trail run ticket Refunds will be made available should the event be cancelled or postponed.
