Don't have a dog yet? Come and adopt a dog at Casa Labia by Ideas Cartel! Adopting a rescued dog or puppy from TEARS won’t only change your life in all the best ways, it also frees up a space for another dog to be rescued. Dogs and puppies that find their way to TEARS have been rescued from abuse, neglect, and abandonment.
