Authentic Relating and Circling Training for Leaders

Enhance your leadership and facilitation by expanding your toolkit through what’s available using Authentic Relating and Circling.

A workshop over 2 days where we will have a deeper experience of connection using the tools of Authentic Relating and Circling. We will learn the theory behind the practice, and how to adapt and incorporate these tools in your existing practice.

We will also learn and experience many Authentic Relating games that can be adapted to suit a variety of needs, audiences and situations. Learn how to introduce the games, adapt them to various situations and how to give people a gentle  ‘nudge’ to go a little deeper in their exploration.       

For both leaders and facilitators, the workshop will leave you with improved communication - be able to speak in a way people can really hear and receive you.
