FIDIC Workshop

This workshop is based upon a recent claim brought by a contractor under a FIDIC form of contract. It points out the mistakes that have been made, will teach you how to avoid them, what the correct thing would have been to do, and will indicate how the claim must be determined by the Engineer. It will also teach you how to use a proven method to identify the correct steps to take when managing and administering your contract.
