What are cords and why is it necessary to learn how to cut certain cords? 

Cords are energetic attachments to other people. We go through life cording to others and being corded in return. Some of these cords are positive such as those between loving partners or between parents and their children. Other cords can drain our energy and cause pain and ill health. Often these cords are unintentional, but sometimes they are formed consciously for a particular reason. During this workshop, we will use different methods to locate cords in ourselves and others, learn why each cord exists and how to work with that energy before cutting it and ensuring that it does not reform. We will also learn how to protect ourselves from this kind of intrusion
