Kzn Teen Workshop for Stress + Anxiety
Presented by Life Coach - Candice King, and Integrated Healer - Kay Koekemoer, both based in Kwa-Zulu-Natal
This half-day workshop focuses on empowering Teen Girls & Boys, by providing them with the right tools and resources to help them manage Stress and Anxiety as they navigate their way through their Teen years.
The topics covered this first, of a series of workshops, will be on:
*Covid19 & Lockdown
*PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) created by the Kzn Looting
*PTSD created by personal issues such as family troubles or relationships/friendships
Support for moms and dads will be provided too, during the workshop. It's important for parents to know how to assist their daughters and sons to cope with stress and anxiety and help them maintain their emotional health at home, as well as their own.
The world is changing, and so too is the way that Teens are experiencing life. It's a fact of life and we all have to deal with it. But that doesn't mean that it needs to be difficult. There is still so much beauty in the world, and when we focus on the good things, life becomes easy and joyful.
Candice is a life coach and has the experience and knowledge of emotions and how to understand and navigate through them, and Kay is an Integrated Healer and Advanced Body Worker, working with energy in the body and subconscious programming of the mind. With Candice's expertise and Kay's practical tools for living in the moment, they are creating a series of workshops to help Teens deal with life as it comes and turning their struggles into ease. They'll also be including guidance for moms and dads along the way!
