Join us on Sundays for Family Friendly Outdoor Yoga!!
Life Retreat Studio, Lourensford Estate, Somerset West
This is a beautiful opportunity to spend Family Time together: Invite your Spouse/ Partner/ Parents/ Kiddies and your Friends.
Please arrive a little early to sign in with our friendly staff.
You will be led into the shade of the beautiful trees and settle on your mats in the fabulous gardens. Surrounded by the sounds of birds and the scent of flowers.
Our lovely Teacher will guide you through your class whilst our kiddies Teacher takes care of your little ones within your sight
We are only 1/2 an hour from Cape Town, and the drive to the Winelands is well worth it.
Make a day of it and enjoy the Lourensford Market after the class.
