Event Theme: Fitness and health in a social environment where people/community can interact and network in the name of physical health and do fun stuff together regardless of where you’ve just started training or you’ve been doing it for years, we could all learn something new to improve your current training program or be inspired to start a new training modality and look at fitness and health from a holistic perspective hence “the ecosystem”

Please bring your own gym towel, yoga mat and wear running friendly shoes.
