Join us for some practical advice on how to improve your meditation practice and experience a deeper sense of inner peace and well-being.
Each class consists of a guided meditation to calm the mind, advice on how to practice, then a final meditation to apply the advice you received, helping you to meditate on your own.

How to join in?
Download Zoom. (free). Once purchased your ticket, insert the Zoom ID and Password into your Zoom - Join a Meeting, add your first name, and you will automatically be connected to the class. You don't need to sign in to Zoom.
You are also invited to ask any questions during the course using the Zoom Chat facility.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts to register and settle in.
We have a book shop to browse, water on sale, and it is helpful to bring a pen and notebook if you would like to take notes. There is secure and ample parking.
