ABOUT
Marcé Underwood is a vivaciously multi-talented Cape Town born and raised classically trained Opera and Jazz musician, Poet, Businesswoman and Educator, who has performed live all over South Africa, The Netherlands and Wales.
After matriculating at Stellenberg High School in 2006, Marcè graduated with an honours qualification and diplomas at University of Cape Town, Shaw Academy and BHC School of Design. Her dissertations included – Opera music performance, Adult & Higher Education, Design, Digital Marketing and Music Education Curriculum Development.
Marcé started her musical journey when she was 17 years old, and has since performed alongside local artists such as Lira, MiCasa, Kyle Shepherd and Buddy Wells, while also gracing the stages of South African Idols, making the finals of the prestigious GrandWest Open Mic Jazz Singing Competition 2018 hosted by Beverley Scott-Brown.
