Financial Assistance funding for my individuality

My name is Joseph Baloyi and I'm 24 years old From South Africa in the Gauteng province on the East of Johannesburg in The Tembisa Suburb ; My father and my mother separated when I was 18 , And a single mother raised me. Ever since I was young, I wanted to become a Businessman Who works at the office. And my mother has been doing a lot to see my dream come true, I matriculated in 2017 at Umqhele Comprehensive School in Ivory Park, My Matric deserves Rewriting in Mathematics, Physical sciences and English, but unfortunately, My father never had money to pay for my College Fees( It was a Private College in Johannesburg where I got accepted and it didn't matter that I've failed My Mathematics and Physical sciences) and My mother she lost her job because of medical conditions ,I think I've found ways to generate an income which is from forex trading I believe in this road for me to make it and also for funding my college fees and I am seeking a Driver's licence and Relevant certificates for Driving Employment purpose as to complete my training at Driving school & Institute to obtain relevant certificates; because I wanna study, Trade Forex and work , All In the name to be handed an amount of R200,000 which is a description to begin my life without doubt, for the knowledge I have on how to grow money is guaranteeing and legitimate, but the most important need is money, because I've tried and asked from close families and friends but they wouldn't do nothing about it and they said I wouldn't make it and I got worried, and I respectfully say it is the best way to tell you straightforward rather to be illegal because I don't want to see my life going on a road that leads to Prison and Death. It really hurts me to wake up in the morning everyday without plans to make money and job scarcity is on the rise in my country , for that matter Good paying jobs require relevant certificates and licences(I have been offered driving jobs, but I didn't have Driving licences and Certificates).
