We offer a yearly plan of R360 p/person of old age. We mainly aim at hospice environments but this is available to everyone.

For the monthly fee we will provide a new denture per year as well as all-covered followup appointments and repairs.

By donating R360 per month you can ensure that a person without income or with very little, can receive proper dental care. Available in JOHANNESBURG AND Polokwane. Expanding nationally soon

We have a responsibility to look after our elders and that is what we are going to do.

We offer a complete and comprehensive denture plan all inclusive for R360 p/month per person. Cover is for 12months from date of signing agreement for monthly payment suerity. *Terms and Conditions apply

with comprehensive care and follow-up plan.

**An annual plan will consist of 12x payments of R360.00 ZAR. THIS TOTALS TO R4320.00 ZAR

Patients will have a choice of receiving. A new denture on start of contract. For the first year of initiation of Denture plan, the patient will receive all follow-up and maintenance free of charge.

Upon year 02 of plan, after continuing the payments for a new subsequent annual cycle, the patient will continue to receive free maintenance and repair services. If the denture set undergoes any type of damage, the patient will after consulting with a relevant dentist receive either a NEW DENTURE SET or FREE REPAIRS. This decision is based on the discretion and evaluation of the consulting dentist.

Goal Amount = 1000 elderly persons receive FREE DENTURES, FREE DENTURE REPAIRS, FREE DENTURE ADJUSTMENTS, FREE REMOVAL OF INFECTED TEETH FOR THEIR FREE DENTURES...
