As women in business, entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs alike we often hold our ideas, businesses, and stakeholders very close to our hearts. We put all our efforts, time and energy in to making them grow, and we often put other areas in our lives on hold so that we can make them a success.

So the fear of failure is high and the stakes are even higher! Because "once bitten, twice shy" right?!

It's women's month and we want to challenge ourselves to rethink some of the negative thought patterns that we have associated with fear and with failure so that we can learn from them and overcome the future obstacles that life could have in store.
