Hey Secret Sunrisers!Welcome to the 9th edition of pre-work sunrise magic.
If you haven't joined us before, now is your chance!
Secret Sunrise is an early morning interactive dance session. It is a fun energetic celebration that combines yoga, meditation, make believe and dancing. You will be given wireless headphones on arrival and our whacky instructors will guide you through a unique, themed session. All you have to do is let go and enjoy.
